ABOUT OUR FIRM
A Florida Law Firm Where Clients Are the Focus
Learn about the Huggins Law Firm, PLLC, a Daytona Beach law firm built on a deliberately limited caseload, personal attention, and results for clients across Florida.
When something goes wrong in your life, whether it is a serious injury, a family crisis, a threat to your professional license, or the loss of a loved one, the law firm you choose matters. At the Huggins Law Firm, PLLC, we built our practice around a simple but uncommon idea: take fewer cases, and give each one everything.
From our office in Daytona Beach, our attorneys represent individuals, families, and businesses across Daytona Beach, Lake Mary, and Bradenton, Florida. We handle personal injury claims, family law matters, estate planning, probate, administrative hearings, and civil litigation. What ties all of that work together is a single commitment that has guided this firm since day one: our clients are our focus.
That is not a slogan for us. It is a business decision. We deliberately maintain a limited caseload so that every client receives the time, preparation, and personal attention their case actually needs. You will never be a file number here, and you will never have to wonder who is working on your matter.

Our Story
The Huggins Law Firm, PLLC was founded by Attorney Arthur Huggins Jr. on the belief that quality representation should never be sacrificed for volume. After watching how high-volume firms move injured people and worried families through an assembly line, he set out to build something different: a firm small enough to know every client by name and strong enough to stand up to insurance companies, government agencies, and opposing counsel of any size.
Today the firm serves clients throughout Central Florida and the Gulf Coast. Our practice has grown, but our approach has not changed. We prepare every case as if it is going to trial, we communicate honestly about strengths and weaknesses, and we measure our success by outcomes and client relationships rather than by how many files we open.
Attorney Arthur Huggins Jr., Esq.
Arthur Huggins has litigated numerous civil cases against corporations, governments, and individuals alike. He started his career as a solo practitioner and founded the Huggins Law Firm. Later he would become the assistant City Attorney for the City of Daytona Beach. He defended the City of Daytona Beach against personal injury and civil rights claims. Arthur also prosecuted violations of the city’s ordinance and presented cases at code enforcement hearings.
In 2017, Arthur returned to the Huggins Law Firm and quickly built a reputation for winning tough civil rights cases. He has successfully litigated police misconduct and other constitutional violations for his clients. Attorney Huggins has won multiple cases in the 11th Circuit Court of appeals where he has presented winning arguments in front of appellate judges.

Arthur has secured a 7 figure verdict in a personal injury trial for a slip in fall at a mall. He was recognized for a top 100 verdict in personal injury cases in the state of Florida for 2024. Attorney Huggins possesses an artful acumen to tell his client’s story that makes sense to the jury. His trial experience in personal injury cases helps his clients attain just and proper settlement value for their cases. He has settled numerous cases involving car accidents, premises liability, and negligent supervision against businesses where assaults have occurred. Also, Attorney Huggins has litigated First Amendment and Fourth Amendment claims against governmental entities.
